Budget Batteries (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use the battery finder’s reserve form or the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and anything you share (email, vehicle, preferred store, message).
- Usage information — with your consent, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general location, device type) so we can improve it.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, confirm your battery, and arrange pickup or installation.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your preferences (including your cookie choice). They’re always on. Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) run only if you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner; they help us measure traffic. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and respond to leads (for example, our hosting and, if you consent, analytics providers) process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California CCPA/CPRA and the Washington My Health My Data Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain uses. To make a request, call us at (253) 572-8075 or contact your nearest store. We’ll respond as required by applicable law.
